QUESTION: Why can’t I
delete some records from the DNS interface?
ANSWER:
The DNS Control interface may not allow you to alter some rows
or records. These locked records cannot be deleted because of other services
you have set up for this domain name. In order for your other services
to function properly, these records cannot be changed or deleted.
