QUESTION: What is a catch-all and how do I set this up for my www.namemom.com email account?

ANSWER:

A catch-all is an email address that is specified to receive email that is addressed to an incorrect email address for a domain. Here is an example:

I have three e-mail addresses setup for a-domain.com.

Info@a-domain.com
Sales@a-domain.com
Webmaster@a-domain.com

Info@a-domain.com is a catch-all. If a customer sends an e-mail to manager@a-domain.com, which I do not have setup, the catch-all account, Info@a-domain.com, will receive that email.

You can only have one email address setup as a catch-all per domain name.

To set up your catch-all, you must log in to your account.

Step 1:
Click EMAIL ACCOUNTS from your Account Management page.

Step 2:
Click on the email address you wish to modify.

Step 3:
Designate the account as a catch-all by clicking the Yes radio button next to the questions Is this account a catch-all account?, and click SAVE SETTINGS at the bottom of the page.
