QUESTION: How do I print an email message?

ANSWER:

There are two ways to print your email messages.
Select the email from the main folder index and choose Print from the Apply this action drop down list.

Or;

From the message view of the email, click the printer icon in the top right corner.
Both these methods will provide you with a 'printer-friendly' version of the email.
